Return, Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

We at CODY IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED (OPC) strive to deliver products purchased from the website in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, if you changed your mind to buy the item(s) you have ordered or; received item(s) in poor, damaged, or mutilated condition or; received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us; you can contact our support team and cancel the order. If the product purchased is eligible to be returned we will refund you the amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within seven (7) days after the product has been delivered. Please note that the refund as made will be after deducting the shipping and COD charges as applicable.

In order to get a refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of the item(s) at your end. However, if the goods purchased is not in the proper condition, we may give you a partial refund depending on our sole discretion. The refund will be initiated once we are satisfied with the product as sent by you.

All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.

Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Original shipping cost and COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our support team and inform them at the earliest possible.

In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.

The refund will be processed to the Store Wallet as a credit.

Warranty: In case you find that the product is not working properly after you have opened the box, we will replace or exchange the product to your satisfaction, within Seven (7) days. The faulty product/part has to be returned back to us for replacement/repair.

Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on for any reason as listed below,

    1. Item defective or doesn’t work
    2. Received extra item I didn’t buy (no refund needed)
    3. Wrong item was sent
    4. Product is damaged during transit

Please don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Once you have communicated to our support team on the return of your product, we will guide you accordingly.

If the returned product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you at your cost.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, for reshipping/refund, appropriate shipping charges (both forward and return shipping charges) will be deducted from the refund or it will be collected from the recipient in case of re-delivery.
