Shipping Policy

• • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in codyimpex.com.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Saturday, excluding Indian National holidays).
  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and shipped within 4 working days after order verification and credit approval.
  • Depending on the location and value of goods that are purchased the shipping rates may vary. However, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once payment authorization is received.
  • International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of India.
  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
  • We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient. For reshipping/refund, appropriate shipping charges (both forward and return shipping charges) will be collected from the recipient in case of re-delivery. However, if you are seeking a refund we may deduct the same from the refund amount.
